Our New Hoofstar™glue on boot was released in August 2018 and has gotten an overwhelming response from our customers! In this blog, we will give you all the details and talk about why you should try them!

"This shoe is by far the easiest glue-on shoe I have ever used and I have used most kinds on the market today. Thank you for the great product."  Jeremy Reynolds, January 16, 2019

Our Hoofstar™ boot was designed and produced in Germany by a farrier with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over 900 boots were glued on during the development phase. These boots were put to the test!

Some of the benefits of our boots include using a bonding that closes gaps, cracks and nail holes on broken hooves allowing them to grow out for a healthier hoof, and can be removed without causing damage to the hoof. They are also great for those that may want to transition your horse to going barefoot. They will protect the hoof while it grows out, but won't restrict their mechanics. They are also adjustable to most common hoof sizes and shapes.

These shoes are flexible and shock absorbing without a steel or aluminum core which assists in protecting joints, tendons, ligaments.

The adhesive fitting is made of lightweight plastic and is flexible and adaptable to any horse hoof. The hoof shoe protects the joints of the horses just like a sneaker. With the innovative bonding method, it sits firmly on the hoof after 10 minutes and can even be used on hooves with illnesses or injury like cracks or chips out of the hoof wall.

The glue will be solid after only a few minutes, even if the horse moves in the meantime. They are uncomplicated and require no special tools or expertise and they are great for the sensitive horse as they glue on quickly, quietly and are nearly odorless.

Hoofstar™ hoof boots are light as a feather, weighing in between .27 lbs and .66 lbs, making them much lighter than a metal shoe and very flexible thanks to our innovative composite material.
